is a scamI was extremely disappointed with this company. DigitalGenius promised to provide me with an AI-based customer service platform that would make my life easier. However I found that the platform actually did the opposite. The support staff was incredibly unhelpful and unyielding in their attempts to help me solve my problems. In addition the entire process of using the platform was very difficult and time-consuming. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

However this company cant always be sure that it is the right one for your problem.Im not happy with the customer service here at digitalgenius. Ive had several problems with my ecommerce platform in the past few days and Im not going to get any help from these people. I dont know what to do about the problems I have and Im getting really sick of being told to stop looking for help. Save for those who are really good at customer service this place does nothing to make me happy.I would recommend looking other companies instead of using digitalgenius.

is a company that does a great job of helping customers automate their customer service efforts. They have a great platform for automating customer service but unfortunately the technology is current only for automated customer service and not for email marketing. Im not sure if this is just a limitation of the platform or if they will be able to improve the technology in the future but so far its been pretty much up and down.DigitalGenius can help you with automated customer service but their technology is not always good at doing email marketing.
