1. Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and you will never be happy with the results.2. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my digital products from digizent.com. The colors were all off some pictures didnt even load properly and the overall quality was poor. Save your money and dont use this company

Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is terrible as well. I had to contact them multiple times because my computer was not working and they would not help me even if I told them my problem. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Im not sure what the companys problem is but I dont think its a good product or something with their customer service. Sometimes theyre very slow to get replies to emails and sometimes they dont always work with the online file server. But mostly they just unboxed my computer and made me feel like an crappy customer who needed to be taken care of.

I have had the pleasure of using company digizent.com for the past few months and am very disappointed in what I have found. First theirrimination policies are very weak and often not followed. Second there is a very slow response to customer emails and other forms of communication. This has caused long wait times for customer service and resulted in some customers feeling that they were never given a chance to be angry or lawsuit the company. Overall I am highly disgusted with companydigizent.com and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

However now it just seems to be a very cheap way to find out what there is on company digizent.com - nothing more nothing less. Thank you for your time but I will not be coming back here.
