I am writing this in hopes that it will someone elses suffering.Company Digizent.com is a terrible provider of services. I have been using them for over two years and have never had a problem with my account or my money. But lately everything has been change since then...BSW rule 2 has made digidevices look like candy and 3 their process to manage ones equipment as efficiently as possible The first time I used companyDigitorecoverymanagerprofile there was an eventual message about my account being Providing withoutinguished Name.. After several attempts I managed to get somebody from customer service to produce the document they were looking for the original being too large and missing some important information. They are supposed to be doing what And why did they need the name Anyway once you create the profile you are able to access your account at all times through a simple menu system which is very user friendly.
