-IncDo not use this company Theyre terrible at repairs and customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to contact them multiple times for things that couldnt be fixed because the first time they said it was their policy to do so but then when I asked for a warranty they wouldnt give me one. Save your money and go somewhere else.

-inc.com is a company that provides quality computer equipment and services to the Baltimore metropolitan area. However I found this particular review to be very negative.I recently had the opportunity to work with DSR-inc.com again and another customer had problems with her computer. This customers experience was different than ever before. There was no warmth in the conversation or the service turn around was poor other words everyone I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional and of course the service Dept did nothing to correct the issues which started from the beginning of the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
