E3Tech Solutions is an absolutely terrible company. I have been a customer for over two years and the quality of their products has continuously decreased. The latest product I ordered was defective and they refused to take it back or refund my money. They also insisted that I send it back to them so that they could fix it. Needless to say this experience has not been anything but negative - avoid this company at all costs
