is a complete waste of time and moneyThis company is nothing more than a total wastes of time and money. I tried to order some business documents online and the process was incredibly slow and frustrating. The end result was that I had to call customer service multiple times to get my documents done. Finally after spending hours on the phone I finally got my documents back - but only after paying an absurd price for them. Do not bother using this company - they are not worth your time or money.

is a scamI was scammed by Ebizdocs.com. I paid for a business document management solution only to find out that the company is nothing more than a scam. The developers who promised me features that never materialized kept saying they needed more money so I didnt believe them until I received an email from their customer service team admitting that my money had been fraudulently taken. Avoid this company at all costs

The customer service was great when I got my first job but it seems like they do not work that way anymore. They are always happy to help line your steppe up for you but I found it hard to keep in touch with them. The only good thing about eBizDocs is that they export their summaries very well but I did not appreciate how much cost it took to get them to do this. Overall I found eBizDocs to be satisfactory and would recommend them to a friend.The customer service was great when I got my first job but it seems like they do not work that way anymore. But heres the bit that you may be wondering - is eBizDocs really worth all the moneyEBZ Docs is not only an unappetizing name but also the less-quality looking product. For one it doesnt looks like anything that eBizDocs can be proud of itself. Its actually a very simple design with a green background and a red logo. Its not exactly user friendly especially when you first start using it. Additionally the website themselves are quite slow as well as being relatively expensive for what it is.
