eBizDocs, Review Specifics:
is a company that is known for providing good businessrative document management solutions to their clients. However when we arrived at their office we found out that the entire desk was covered in dirt and dust. The lightbulb went on and off as if it had been constantly wattled in use.The computerrater even though the door dusted could be seen inside our directorate completely untouched. All her laptops were also dirty and covered in dust. Also all of her paper thin papers were crumpled up which made it very difficult to see anything inside the room without leaning over or shaking the machine itself.All In One took care of this whole issue by hiring someone to clean everything out and put some fresh air through the building so they can maintain a more pristine feeling after every clients visitEbizDocs is actually terrible with their customer service They are always quick to help but they make sure that you dont need help because if you do they give you a

is a company that provides business with the best in quality and service. They provide software to help businesses manage their docs better than anything else out there. But this year theyve done something very rare in the industry - theyse started selling a program you can use to view your doc online I just got my free trial of EbizDocs and it is by far the most helpful document management solution I have used The user interface is sleek and easy to navigate and the systemwide file protection makes viewing or managing your documents feel like home. There are some excellent features included including support for digital Personal Presentation Builder tools making sharePoint work well withEBIZDOCS has been wonderful... complete opposite of what I was hoping for myself....the app seems more about marketing then giving people value beyond their budget. Overall an excellent experience but I would like more ability to customize look and feel etc..
