EC-Group.com does not seem to be in the business of providing IT infrastructure specialists. The companys website provides no information about their services and it is difficult to find anything about their business on their contact page either. Additionally the customer service was extremely unhelpful and unyielding when I asked questions about my specific needs for an IT infrastructural Specialist. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Used This Company Twice Now And"

I have used this company twice now and both times I have had terrible experience. The first time I went to their office they did not have the right software installed on their computer so they could not do an investigation of my network and began to talk about how we needed to get a new one. Then when I came back a few days later their computer was password protected so they could not use it and also there were no cables in the room so they had to go out and buy some. The second time I brought my laptop in for repairs because it was losing power it was only 6 months old and the technician said that the problem might be due to my virus infection which he did not know about. He then told me that since my laptop is expired I need to purchase a new one from Amazon or else he would close down the business. Needless to say these are two terrible experiences with Enterprise Consulting Group IT Infrastructure Specialists and if you want a bad experience

is a company that specializes in infrastructure and business consulting Toni eventI was this companys biggest client for several year. They always needed something I had and they always could find the solution to my needs. However I realized that their solutions were not really on par with what I originally wanted or needed. For instance they sell nothing but enterprise consulting services which are great but when you want something specific like a system check or backup copy of your data they only have one way to get there - by developing their own product at a significantly lower price point. So if youre looking for enterprise consulting services I would recommend finding another solutioner who instead is focused on hisher career path and not this one. But if youre looking for honest and reasonable service then Im sure they can methiate you need.

is a company which provides enterprise consulting services to businesses in the business of large corporations and government agencies. Ec-Group is a member of the American Institute for Research and Information Technology AITI one of the leading technology organizations.I have never had any issues with this company before but I had an issue today. The phone number was different from my current computer name at home so I called them and they said they were changing my phone number and would he come to me I said no I have him listed on my account. They said okay how about this then I will pay for his service today. But when I got his bill it included a call from another company He was 5 per minute more than what was included in my original subscription and he added in another companys numbers too- not good when you are trying to find a new job.I do not recommend this company or their services

is a company that specializes in enterprise consulting and IT infrastructure services. 1 people found this useful.I was this companys customer for about 4 years. I generally think they are a good team and the best at their work. However I have seen some inconsistencies in their work over the years. They always seem to get the job done but they can be quite slow in what they propose to do. For example they would like to change my opinion by saying that their work is the most perfect but their proposal takes too long to finish. I would not recommend this company to others.
