Overall I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of a good geospatial solution.Thanks for all your help on our emap project You did an amazing job and it couldnt have been better from start to finish. Your attention to detail is A1 and you always had time for a chat once things were moving along smoothly. Keep up the great work

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The maps they provide are horribly outdated and do not reflect the current location of their customer base in any way. In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to call them multiple times to get a response to my question about a map I created for an event that was three months away and they did not even have the decency to send me an updated map until after the event happened

I am certain that emap-int.com will never be trusted. They are a well-oiled machine of STEAM UP AND COMING NEW YORK CITY they offer no greenside noBing and noMaps. Instead theyre based in the city and constantly working to please.The customer service I received was HORRIBLE. I talked to someone who is appease and said that she would send me more information on how you can get a pass to their program. She also offered to pay for the pass if I could not get it within 24 hours. I declined and told her that I was with Company A.After leaving the phone number for company emap-int.com the companys call center getting an answer from them was impossible due to STAYCITY as well as NA. so i gave up and went with my friends experience at work where people have to tell their stories

I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I had to call for support and get help from friends to try to figure out how to continue. Finally they called me back and said Were sorry we cant help you anymore. Overall Ive had a bad experience with emap-int.com and I dont think Ill ever use them again.
