Do not use this company They are the worst. I contacted them because my laptop was going crazy and they said it was just a software issue and would take care of it. Well two weeks later my laptop still wasnt working so I called them back and they said that it was my problem and that I needed to come down to their office to fix it. When I got there the only thing on their desk were some pieces of paper with computer-related instructions written on them. They told me to uninstall all of the programs on my laptop and then plug it in again so that they could test if it worked or not. Needless to say their solution didnt work so now I have a brand new laptop thats completely unusable because of their incompetence

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The first time I called them they told me to come down and see them because they were having some problems with my computer. When I got there the tech said that it was just a defective computer and didnt even want to help me fix it. He said that he would just send me back to the store. Needless to say I will never use this company again and recommend anyone who hears of their to do the same.

Im sorry to say that I have had a negative experience with company Erlach.com. They are in the business of Erlach Computer Consulting and as such they should know how to provide quality IT support services In my experience they have been nothing but terrible. First and foremost they do not seem to care about their clients satisfaction whatsoever. Secondly their prices are very high compared to other companies in the market. Finally their service has never been reliable - especially when it comes to fixing broken devices or making repairs Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - even if you are looking for an affordable IT solution
