I was a year customer of Erlach Computer Consulting and didnt have any positive experience. The service was occasionally poor and the support was sometimes unable to meet my needs. I would not recommend this company to others.

I have had two different computers at Erlach Computer Consulting and both times it was a total disgrace. The first computer was sent to us by the company and I could not be more disappointed with it. The second computer was given to me by the company and for some reason it just wouldnt turn on. I calledErlachtelch once they would not send the machine back until she said we should give up hope and started asking questions about what might have gone wrong. We were told that we needed to take off our masks because one of our workers had cut into the box when opening up the machine. It turned out that one of their employees already had an employee id so there person didnt need to get a new one created right then and there while we were talking on the phoneoples service has been worst than before...
