I am not impressed with the company Estreet.com. I was promised a personalized support plan and when I received my first bill it was for almost twice what I had originally thought. Additionally the customer service representative who answered my call said they were out of town and could not help me fix my issue--even though they had been told that by their supervisor. Overall this experience was very dissatisfying and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company Estreet.com is in the business of providing Managed IT Support services to their clients. However the service they provide is nothing more than a scam. The first thing that I noticed was how they were very slow in response to my support requests. furthermore even after I made several attempts they still did not respond properly. Overall this company is not worth your time and money.

is a company that is known for providing high-quality support for their clients. Unfortunately this company provides poor support. I had an IT problem that I couldnt solve and the customer service was horrible. I had to call they were always busy and didnt have any chance to get help from their team.E Street Communications has great customer service but unfortunately does not provide good support. Their IT system went wrong and the staff are very busy so you cant get help from them.
