FilebankInc.com is not only a company that provides enterprise content management software but also offers services such as online marketing website design and development email marketing and more. However the reviews Ive found indicate that this company is not up to par in terms of customer service or quality of products. One user noted that they had to contact customer service multiple times before getting help with their filebank account another user reported having to change their password after it was stolen and yet another user said they never received their order despite being quoted an estimate for delivery in four days. In all cases these users were very unhappy with Filebank Inc.s response to their issues. I would caution anyone looking for a quality enterprise content management solution to avoid Filebank Inc. because theres no reason to believe that this company will be any better than its competitors when it comes time to deliver on your expectations

I have had nothing but problems with company filebankinc.com. I have never had a problem with their service until yesterday. I changed my password and now they are blocking my account. Im really toy about this kind of thing and I have state that it is not me who is the cause of the problem but the company. I am very sorry that we are having this trouble with company filebankinc.com but please let us know how we can be helpful in less than perfect times.

I have had some issues with this company and I will say that they are not always easy to work with. The customer service is important into the good side and they always respond quickly when you need help. They offer a great platform that makes it easy to manage files and share files across multiple devices. You can also use it as a way to make money from the file sharing industry. However there are times where the platform does not work properly and you cant change whats happening in the background. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
