"I Have Never Had Such A Bad Experience"
FileBankINC, Review Specifics:
I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. This one was particularly frustrating.- The customer service was terrible- The customer service told me that I needed to change my story and that there was no truth in it- After doing some research I realized that this was definitely not the case- I then immediately sent a message to the customer service line and got a response back within minutes- I then decided to send again only to receive a communication back from them saying that they would get right on it and did not even happen
