I was extremely dissatisfied with the service offered by ftiservices.com. The website is very outdated and difficult to navigate especially for a beginner like myself. Additionally the customer service was extremely unhelpful and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This Company is atotal mess. My file name is always been ftiservices.com so Im sure theyre not going to do anything about it. They still put out a new statement saying everything is working fine but then again theyve never done better. I for one will just be unhappy with this entire experience and go somewhere else in the future.

"I Just Got My Phone Back From"

I just got my phone back from FTIServices and it was somthing like a brand new one. I had it tested last night and it was all over the place. The results were not what I wanted them to be but I cant really tell you why. They said they would send me a bill later this week. Im pretty sure Ill be poorer for having bought it in the first place.FTIservices is a terrible company that makes products out of necessity than quality. They are often either unable to or unwilling to fix things once they happen. They are also regularly caught violating user rights by providing services that are never meant to be used. I wouldnt recommend anyone use these services if they dont mind getting their phone tested and then some other service being used without proper permission .

I have had a lot of fun working with Company Garden Tools They are the best people ever and I would recommend them to anyone.The customer service is terrible I never received my order until after I posted this unhappy review. I tried to do some research and found out that it was due to one person not getting certified and not having the proper training. She should be ashamed of herself
