Do not bother with this website. They make conversion software to help you turn your product instructions into digital assets that drive revenue but they are complete garbage. The conversion process is incredibly slow and its always difficult to get the right results. I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone.

I bought the software to convert product instructions into digital assets that drive revenue. I was told multiple times that the software was easy to use and had a lot of content. However after using the software for a while I found that it was really easy to fill in product instructions and no matter how long or short the file was the software quickly got the text right. I would not recommend this software to anyone.

I was this companys customer service events coordinator for 3 years. I loved every minute of it. But now theyre just weird. The phone numbers are different the schedule is different the process is different. And the people who come to these events are not the same as the people who came to my previous events. You would think because of the change thats happening here they would get a better handle on whats going on. Unfortunately not even that seems to be enough. There are times when I cant believe how bad this customer service is -1 hour into my third event and still everything continues as normal until after the show ends. The next day I call them and they dont know anything about their original experience. Overall Im sorry to say that I didnt have a great time at this event but instead of being helped out by good customer service I was through with in an hour.The company gadgetsoftware.com is nothing more than
