Do not use this company. The public safety answering point is always manned by someone who is not knowledgeable about the product and cannot answer any questions. I have had to call multiple times to get ahold of someone who can help me with my question and they only seem to be more confused than before. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I used this company for years and I have had terrible experiences every time. The first time was when I hired them to answer my public safety question on their answering point machine. They never got back to me so I left a message asking for someone else to take care of it and never heard back from them again. The second time was when I called them to ask about getting my business started up in the Enterprise Contact Center. They told me that they were closed at the moment but if I needed help with anything they would be happy to help out. But after calling them 2 times and never getting a return call I decided not to bother anymore and reported it to the Better Business Bureau.

Goserco is a terrible enterprise contact center. The public safety answering point is theater specific and should not be used. Exploration and Access Control The entrance of the store was dirty and cluttered with products that had been there for years. There was no natural light in the store which made it difficult to find anything. The product selection was average to poor. Buyer Feedback I am very disappointed with Gosercos customer service this past visit. My customer service representative was not good enough. I asked her to keep her voice down and get some help from a colleague who I assumed was working at the store. Overall I did not have a great experience at Goserco this past visit.
