I was very disappointed with the service provided by Gracon Services inc. I ordered a cloud backup plan and the process was extremely difficult to follow. The representative who sold me the plan did not seem to have any knowledge aboutcloud backups or cloud storage solutions. After trying to order a different plan that would work better for my needs I gave up and cancelled my subscription.

Gracon has terrible customer service. I called them multiple times during the day and they would not even who to ask for directions. The first time I called they told me there was a power outage and when I asked them to take me in their were out of town. When I sent another call back they said there was an email from the company and when I took the email back there was a message about an already sent request for a backup plan and when I clicked on it it said the request had been failed because of some problem with my account. Overall Gracon is horrible and does not worth their money.
