Gracon has terrible customer service. I called them multiple times during the day and they would not answer the phone. They also do not have any form of communication other than a automated call system. When I asked for an issue to be taken care of they said no problem but when I even allowed them one understaffed period which was less then 24 hours then they say We are sorry and Its our policy to keepi

Gracon is a terrible company. I have been using their services for over two years and they have never been too much trouble always willing to help where they can but also always ready to leave when asked. I would not recommend Gracon anything at all.
