I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to make a purchase and the woman on the phone was so RUDE and unprofessional it made me very uncomfortable. The Gritter Francona website is also really weird and not user friendly at all. Overall this company is garbage and I do not recommend it.

The representative who took my call said that she could not help me because I did not provide her with the correct information when I made my purchase. She told me that I needed to go to their website and type in my address zip code and click on the contact us link. When I went to their website there was no contact us link In addition their prices are outrageous. For example their original price for a gritter was 14.99USD but now it is 129.98USD Do not bother using this company
