I have had the displeasure of using Grovenetworks.com in the past and their customer service is terrible. I recently contacted them because my computer was not draining properly and they told me that it needed a new hard drive. After sending them pictures of my old hard drive to prove my point they still said it needed a new hard drive. They even refused to help me fix the problem myself because they said it was too difficult. I would not recommend Grovenetworks to anyone.
