I just moved to Charlotte North Carolina and Company GtechServ is the only company that provides no-cost IT services. They have taken over my home and office so I cant access the internet or make phone calls. I have had to get other businesses to provide IT services instead of company gtechserv. Im Gazette and technical representative for the web and customer service forwards.

I have had two issues with company gtechserv.com in the past 6 months. 1 Ive been given a customer service call once and 3 times it was to no avail. They dont care about their customers or what theyre trying to do. Ive even had them change my delivery date multiple times. So much for customer service. 2 And the most recent one...well lets say problems. Ingo the customer service representative was very unprofessional and not like the guy Im used to from previous experiences. 1 She told me that I needed to change my contact information because there was a new office being built in addition to our current one and she underlined some of the particulars which were important to me e.g. office size phone number website address. She also said that I needed to send in my resume because we were waiting on an email that was never received. 2 She also told
