that use Helient Systems is how to make and receive payments how to order items what types of items can be ordered and how to stop someone from stealing your informationI have had problems with company helient.com for years. Every time I have to use their services they have been very slow in dealing with issues and has been always easier to work with when it comes to the customer service aspect of it. This year was the first time that I have had any issues with their technology and it has taken forever to get back to me about help. I also had them type in my address and phone number which was a bit of a hassle due to all the construction going on around me. Now that I am an adult and have way more access into most areas I would not recommend using this company at all.

that require promised work in a timely manner.I recently worked for Helient Systems and was impressed with the level of service that they provided. However I immediately noticed many issues with their systems that needed to be addressed. The most noticeable issue was their failure to provideVOIP services on an ongoing basis. I asked for a cancellation of my subscription and did not receive it. Additionally I had to chase down a phone number to find out who sent the pictures of my computer after I told them that they had been delivered to me without warning Overall I found Helient Systems to be very slacking at doing what they said they would do and were not up-to-date on their software versions. Lastly their information technology services were slow in doing what they were supposed to do and needed some additional work on the end result.
