I bought a homeITA from ideatech.com and I have to say it was a terrible experience. The website is very outdated and the customer service is especially horrible. They were extremely unhelpful and slow in responding to my questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a product and was told that the person who answered the phone couldnt find it because their computer was out of order. Then I was told that my product wasnt even in stock I asked how long it would take for it to come back in stock and they said we dont know. Needless to say this company is not up to par and I wouldnt recommend them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. I have had to contact them multiple times for things that were done on my homeITA and each time the response was always the same We cant help you because we dont know about that. Save your time and money and find another home ITA provider.
