I have had a terrible experience with Iflex.com. First of all they are not a telanet company - they are in the business of providing web services to other companies through their Telanet brand. Second they do not seem to be very good at customer service - Ive had to call multiple times just to get my questions answered even after hours and sometimes the people on the phone dont seem very interested in helping me. Finally their prices for services are unyielding - even after you multiply by the number of devices you want them to help with theres still something about their prices that makes them seem like an unreasonable commitment. Overall I would not recommend using Iflex.com if you need internet service from your telanet provider

I have had a negative experience with iflex.com. I ordered a Telanet modem and was given the wrong model number which caused me to have to go through Customer Service multiple times. Finally after weeks of hassle and paying for an incorrect product I got my modem that I wanted but it was not working as promised. Overall this experience was extremely frustrating and wish I never used iflex.com in the first place.

The first time it was a scam where I was only receivingedged information for free. Now there is this huge mistake where they are including fake reviews to make their business more popular. I have had enough and will not be returning to this site anymore.

I was this companys customer success officer for a year and a half. I was terrible at my job. I would not recommend it to anyone.I am very sorry to say that I did not have much positive feedback from our customers or from myself during the time I was customer success officer for them. They generally reported problems with their technology their security and their overall use of company resources.mostly around issue with getting help from other companies while also trying to access data one can not only directly but also through others who had sentinel messages about an issue they were having as well.We are not just any business - we are a business that provides services which may be important on various levels. However in the past we have NOT been able to do what we do well because we have been ashamed of how things we need help with or want to stop doing because of people who might look at them and see if they are ready or not- even if
