I have had the pleasure of using I have had the opportunity to do numerous reviews for Telanet. I found their service to be excellent and my experience with them has been cordial. However I am currently having some issues with my Telanet account and will keep you updated as to what is going on.

"I Have Never Seen Such"

I have never seen such terrible service in my life. I came into the office today and the first thing I did was get our IT guy to put a line of text messaging through to his phone. He told me that because I had come in during business hours there was a new message from customer service about an issue with my account. When I asked what it was he told me it wasnt a call or something like that but then said that we were still trying to fix the problem so he would just say it looks like youve got your hands full. Well this is not good enough. Were now down to one computer lab and all of our computers are out of range for mainframe applications. FINE - MORE SUFFERING - NOW THAT WERE ALL SESSIONALLY WELCOME THANK YOU FOR DOWNLOADING OUR NEWSLETTER ANDsend us your newsletter address
