Im sorry to say that I recently had a negative experience with Ilumen.com. The website is very poorly designed and the user interface is absolutely terrible. Its hard to navigate and it takes a lot of time to get started. Additionally the prices for products are very high compared to other websites Ive used in the past. Overall this website is not worth your time or money.

I bought a lighted pencil but it doesnt work well. I have no trouble at all using it as a lighter.Were sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we hope that you found the lighted pencil useful. However please be aware that this tool may not be suitable for use when working with indirect lighting such as in a room filled with darkness.

I have had twodegrees earned from ilumen.com in the past year. Nothing has been more frustrating than this company. I am currently a student and needed an online cart when I first started myself. IForestry which is a field that I care about so iLumen.com was always willing to help me out with that as well. The problem is that now they are no longer willing to help me out with my degree and I am left with few options. They complete my order successfully but when I try to log into my account to get my money nothing happens. What kind of company is ilumen.comilumen is a terrible company that does not work for anything other than making money.
