The contract management automation service they offer is complete garbage. They never seem to get the job done and it always takes way too long - especially because their customer service is terrible. Avoid this company if you can

psI have had the pleasure of working with company incloudcounsel.com in the past and can say that I am not a career-oriented guy. The work is easy enough but the user interface is not. I have tried finding a truly free contract management tool but they are all quite expensive. Company incloudcounsel.com provides a good one though at least they provide basic information such as the amount of time required to achieve the goal. Unfortunately their tool does not provide statistics on how well it is doing or how much money has been made through its use or anything like that. Its kind of sad when a great service goes down like always but at least we can still rely on them to help us manage our contracts fairly and efficiently.

psI have had a negative experience with this company and I would not recommend it to anyone. They are always willing to sell their services for a commission but never has there been any response from me when they have asked for one. I have sent numerous emails and chat sessions with the customer service and it still hasnt stopped the problems from happening. Im not sure what else to say except that I will not be returning to this company anymore.

However they dont have the same level of customer service that companies such as Company incloudcounsel.com can be known for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
