I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had an article you need to read before anything else. I had a order placed but it never arrived. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to send a new order. However it looks like their computer system may be out of whack and they will not be able to deliver the items as planned. Im sure this would have been a very negative experience if I had not ordered from company innovationec.com in the first place.

I have had a terrible experience with InnovateEcommerce. I started as an individual and soon found out that my entire experience was reviewated through their website. I have tried to get someone to help me through the process and never received a response. Eventually I took matters into my own hands and created a profile on how I wanted it changed. The person who did the profile was then able to see my account and change the rating from 3 to 2.5 stars. Needless to say I now refuse to leave this area of the web.InnovateEcommerce is not good at all - they are an entirely different service than what we were hoping forWe were hoped to use InnovateEcommerce to create a website for our small business but ended up with a story like this. They are not good at all and our experience there has been every other bad experience weve had with them - including two where we lost money on products we sell. We
