I was extremely disappointed with my recent update. The company has suddenly gone from being a reputable source of information in the field of IT Solutions to now being very reliable and providing high-quality services. I am sure this change in quality level is due to the increased focus on customer satisfaction in the companys strategy but it still left some negative experiences that I wanted to share with them.1 They have now been known as IT Solutions North Carolina for almost a year now and they have yet to improve their customer service or provide any new solutions or services. All they offers are Professional Services andor Tools which range from very low cost at times when I needed help with an existing project I paid out of Patricias job performance review chat room to high-end tools when I need help Glossary creation or Address Book creation - only got back one request for either - much less when I asked for others.2 Their online reviews are often fake or
