.Im not a big fan of this company. They are in the business of Healthcare Specific MSP Medicus IT and they acquisition Phoenix based ISDesign. I didnt appreciate how they were very quick to say that they would be buying the company but then only said that it would be a few months before anything happened. After waiting almost two months and no response from them I decided to give up and dropped them from my list of companies to avoid any more dealings with them.

I have had a terrible experience with company isdesign.com. The first time I tried to order a medical software package through their website the system was very confusing and I couldnt get it to work. Then when I contacted customer service they were so unhelpful and could not provide any help whatsoever. After a while of trying to get ahold of someone I finally gave up and called another customer service number which only left me angry because the person on the other end told me that there was no one available to help me. Needless to say this is not an acceptable experience for anyone looking for healthcare specific medical software.

.I have never dealt with a company as incompetent as Design.com. They could not even find my insurance companys website which is how they found out I needed medicine for my son The whole process from finding the right doctor to getting the right medication was so difficult and time-consuming that it made me very unhappy. Do not bother using this company if you want your healthcare experience to be anything but terrible.
