Do not use this company They are nothing more than scam artists. The first time I interacted with them they told me that I needed to get a new computer because my old one was inoperable. After finding out the truth they charged me an outrageous amount for a service that wasnt even necessary and didnt fix the problem. Do not go near this company

I have had a very negative experience with IT Architechs.com. The first time I used their services they did not do what they said they would and then charged me for it. Then the second time I received a bill for 800 that I did not even receive They are terrible and should be ashamed of themselves.

I am not satisfied with my experience at company itarchitechs.com. I was a customer of their for many years and have always been happy with their service. However this past year I have had several issues with my computer and the support they gave me was wonderful. But now that my computer is newer and no longer backed byAmerican Technology Corporation AtC they have become very quick to fix the issue without going through AtC. I have sent in multiple complaints about this situation and continue to do so but company itarchitechs.com will not listen or look out for their customers. They just as well could care less if I am satisfied with their work or not.
