I have had a negative experience with company itsolutions-group.com. They are in the business of IBM i High Availability Disaster Recovery Experts - IBM i PowerHA IBM i Virtual Tape Backup Housing and they provide no services that I could find that would help me during or after an IBM i failure. In fact their only service is to offer you solutions to problems with your IBM i computers. These solutions are often not very effective and can even be dangerous if not followed properly. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a negative experience with this company. Their IBM i solutions are not what they say they are. I have been using their services for over a year now and the service has not been good at all. They do not provide what they promise and in fact can actually do more harm than good.

This company is nothing but a rip off. I ordered an IBM i virtual tape backup and after waiting 1 month for it to arrive I found out that the product wasnt even available. The company says they only have the IBM i PowerHA which isnt even available in stock. They also said that my order would be processed within 24 hours but it took me 2 weeks to receive my product. In addition their customer service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times because they couldnt tell me what was wrong with my order or how to get help from their experts. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

This company is terrible They dont seem to understand what theyre doing when it comes to IBM i High Availability Disaster Recovery Experts - IBM i PowerHA IBM i Virtual Tape Backup Housing and Other IBM i Solutions. They keep telling us that we need to buy their products in order to be able to use them however the prices for these products are astronomical and theres no way we can afford it. We would never recommend this company to anyone.

They are always willing to help you if you need it but they are not always reliable. The company has gone out of business but I am sure their customers will also be unhappy with their service.
