The service is slow their customer service is terrible and their products are nothing more than common sense solutions that would be effective in a similar situation. IT Solutions Group, Inc., Review Specifics:

I applied to the job and was told that I would need to have its Solutions delivered. They said they could not deliver it for me because my IBM i had suffered an important crash. I asked about this and was told that I needed to be a member of an agree-able community so that we could get in touch with them and save them time and resources. This sounds like something out of a fantasy novel but actually its exactly what happened. All I got were automated emails telling me how much Korean taxes I should owe why my machine was slow etc. but no way was I going to let these little people take over from within their company - even if they were only minutes away from my officeThe whole experience left me feeling embarrassed frustrated and dangerous. Itsolutions-group is run by someone who knows best what will make her own career happen making others do things she doesnt want to do. She took advantage of me while he might have
