Do not use this company at all. The technical support is terrible and it takes forever to get anything done. Ive had to wait for over an hour for a response from their customer service department. definitely avoid this company if you need any help with your JMS software

I just opened this email to find a very user friendly website and system. If you are not familiar with JMS Technical Solution it is best to start with their website which explains it in detail. It is almost impossible to get through the first few pages of data entry because the site is comprehensive and full of tutorials. I have been using JMS Technical Solution for about six months now and am completely satisfied with the service I receive.I would like some help figuring out how to increase my support fee from 10month to 5month. I have been getting reports that my fees are being increased but no information on how to do so. any help would be appreciated
