Ive had a horrible experience with Kincaidns.com. I ordered IT consulting services and was told my order would be delivered by the end of the week. I contacted them several times and never received an answer back. My order finally arrived two days after it said it would and the consultant who delivered it was very unprofessional and did not seem to understand what he was doing. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of using Kincaidns for the past year and a half. They are an excellent organization when it comes to their IT service puff. However they should be credit with a higher score because they generally dont offer any free stuff. I have no problem with their prices but they should definitely keep track of the free items that they offer regularly.
