Kincaids is a company that provides Managed IT Service Provider MIP services to small businesses in the business of managing and maintaining information technology systems. I was this companys customer service representative for many years. They were always great but over time their management team has learned how to do more than just provide good customer service. Their practices now fall into two categories1 resident agent who negotiates rates with providers directly andor 2 agents who are remotely managed by a support engineer who responds automatically. These remote reps dont have to be on the same page as the rest of the organization - they can focus on what you need done while staying connected with your customers.1 This type of support is well-conceived andIn my opinion it would be better if Kincaid could price sets equalization between different states so that people from each state get similar deals when traveling.2 The way things are currently run I think it

I have had the pleasure of working with kincaidns.com for the past year and a half. They are an excellent organization who follow through on their commitments to their clients. However they should be more careful in how they communicate their services as there have been cases where service has been provided that never were meant to be taken seriously. I would not recommend this company to others looking for IT services such as consulting or support.
