I would not recommend this company to anyone. The VOIP phone service is terrible and the customer service is unprofessional. I have had to call them multiple times over the past year because my phone just stopped working and they could not find a cause. They also do not seem to be very knowledgeable about their product.

They gave me the runaround when I wanted to cancel my account and then refused to give me a refund for my wasted money. Honestly this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

NetworksI just registered with kotter.net and discovered a company that is essentially aipteam here at Kotter Group Insurance Communications Suite VOIP Phone Networks. I have had some experience with Aipteam here in the past and have trust them completely so i were definitely hoping for good things from this registering process. Unfortunately thats not always the case. The website seems to be incredibly JW PanelsITE quality when you click on it but the actual site load time is quite long at about 2 hours for a site with more than 100 items. Its also worth noting that this site is only ever selling policies and not providing any services other than their obvious policy signing up form and of course theirrauding services.The policy registration process is negative The website has an initial load time of 10 seconds and after just minutes you can see it has originally been set to 12 months term insurance. In fact the website has such low response times that

They would not let us change their rates would not signs up for fax or phone services etc. We are now going to have to turn them away because they do not want to be on this site.
