25 starsI had a terrible experience with company locusvisualarts.com. The digital marketing agency they worked with was incredibly inept and not very responsive to my needs. In the end I got exactly what I wanted without spending any money on their services but it was a very frustrating experience overall.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase ofLocus Visual Arts. The software is terrible and its so easy to get overwhelmed. Locustech has the potential to be a amazing digital marketing agency but it is not at all what I received. To make a long story short I frustratedly ended up returning the software and money I paid for it less than half way through the process.

I was very disappointed with my experience at locusvisualarts.com. The customer service was horrible and the art was terrible. The website is basic and the design is terrible. The quality of the artwork is terrible and everything looks like its been taken from a tone-deaf stronghold in Mars. The content is jumpy jittery and most importantly unhelpful. The support function seems really bad too - they always seem to be busy doing something else and leaving me to ask them how I can help. Overall this was one of the worst experiences Ive had with a digital marketing agency - forget ligature keystrokes for clients.

I had to call them every day and ask for new updates on what were going on. Its been years since that incident so Im not sure how they even made it through the day after day. This Locustxva thing really didnt work out well for me.
