Cloud has failed to meet expectationsI have had a negative experience with LumeCloud.com. They are not meeting the expectations that I had set for them. The only thing that they have done that is working well is their managed cloud services but those services are very expensive and not very reliable. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cloud is the worst company I have ever worked with.I could not believe that I had to use this company. The customer service was terrible and the infrastructure solutions were even worse. They do not seem to be worth their weight in gold. Do not bother using them.

Cloud is a scamI received an email from LumeCloud with the subject line Your name and said that I needed to sign up for their managed cloud services. When I clicked on the link I was taken to a page asking me to provide my personal information such as my identity credit card number and expiration date. After providing all of this information I was asked to create a new account or connect my current account to another one. After creating an account I was issued a verification code and told to enter it into the login form. After entering my verification code I was redirected back to the original website where I had entered my personal information. Once again after providing all of this data I was asked for a verification code and again were redirected back to the website with my personal information.

They have had bad reviews for a while now because LumeCloud takes control of the end users information and makes it available to anyone at any time. Cloud is a messI originally signed up for this service when I was in the middle of a data center crunch. Its like they werepieing my old computer with all the new data. Then I noticed that many of my other computers were also getting lumeclouds. Im not sure what this means but its got me scared. The people who help you with set-up are fantastic but overall Im not happy with this service.
