"Cloud Is A Great Company But"

Cloud is a great company but they are terrible in terms of customer service.I just came across this company and wow its horrible The customer service was so slow I had to wait for over an hour for my sale. The product wasnt anything Ive never seen before or used but the guy who did the sales presentation was fantastic. Overall dont bother if youre looking for some free stuff or if you need infrastructure solutions.

Cloud is a very poor company that provides low quality services.I am currently working for this company as an employee. I have been with them since they were started in the managed cloud and infrastructure solutions business. So far this company has provided me with poor services. The manger of the company has not always been reliable when it comes to providing good service. For example he had several bad experiences with customers and then made things worse by being unreliable. Nowhere was this more evident than when he refused to provide edge data centers which are necessary for his business to function correctly. He also refused to allow me to store my data on his site LumeCloud instead of using another server from his own foundation so that I could have proof at night that my data is still there morning-night.
