Im not sure what the companys business is but their Digital Learning Solutions for Education website is absolutely terrible. Its difficult to navigate and there are a lot of errors. The customer service was also very unhelpful. I wouldnt recommend this website to anyone.

has always been a bit late with some great products but this new company is a complete mess.I just bought through Company Magiced technology and its been everything hectic since then. There have been no proper updates made with the product or the customer service has been terrible. Ive never seen such bad customer service in my life. This company is going to get a lot of criticism from people for what they did wrong with their business.

has a lot of talented employees but so does this company. I have been using magicedtech for about 4 years now and have never had such bad customer service. The first time I called in order to get a support ticket created they said they couldnt do it because it was their holiday season. They did not know how to help me with my students learning styles or what is being taught at our school. After multiple calls and trying to be re-solicited into different support tickets they finally got someone to help me and said Oh well youve been asking for this for months now. More than once they told me Were sorry we dont have the information you need. When I ask about the training materials that were sent out lately they say We dont have any information about that right now. And when I asked about type of technology being used webOS or Windows 10 they say I dont know . Finally
