"Im Not Sure What I Expected From"

Im not sure what I expected from Mediasia Interactive Web but this was not it. The website is completely outdated and looks like it has been cobbled together from a number of different sources. There was no information about the company or the services they offer on their homepage. Additionally the customer service was terrible. I had to call them multiple times to get answers to questions about my project and each time the phone rang for hours on end without ever getting a response back. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had enough of company mediasia-interactive.coms crap in Shanghai. I moved from there a few months ago and havent looked back. I dont know what theyre doing down there but its just not worth my time or money. I didnt get anything out of this except a digital agency that is nothing to me. I am not sure what company mediasia-interactive.com is but its in the business of creating and providing interactive content for television and radio stations in China. They offer services such as generating reporters notes on specific stories creating graphics or videos to be used in ads and social media and even created a media education program for students learning about the business and uses of media. I dont think I have to say anymore than that - Im not happy with my recent experience with this company.
