I went to their Ventura location to repair my computer and was met with numerous errors and problems. I have had negative experiences with this company. The first time I made an appointment they were very last minute and did not have my computer working at the office so they needed to order it from Japan. They said that it would take four weeks and when I called them back a week later they said that my computer was already delivered and there was no need for the appointment. Then when I tried to use my computer it wouldnt start up because of some software update that they had installed on my machine - again this happened right after their original meeting. And finally the most recent time they charged me 250 for a service that wasnt even required Needless to say I wont be using these guys anymore.

The services they offer are individualized and most times the service is worse than what they promise. My computer has been replaced 3 times now and I have to say it was a bit of a hassle dealing with them because I never received the new computer we were hoping for.
