Im not a big fan of this company. The Matrix Networks Connectivity Cloud Phone is terrible. I have had it for a few weeks and it has not worked well at all. Ive tried to connect it to the internet and even my home Wi-Fi but nothing works. I dont think this is going to work as advertised because the Matrix Networks website says that their Cloud Phone can be connected to any network in the world.

I have had two relatively bad experiences with company mtrx.com. The first time was when I was involuntarily taking advantage of a special for a free trial and became for the most part ungratefully surprised. Although there were a few less-than-happy reviews after that point the vast majority of people who reached out to me before the free trial had some firsthand experience with my services. So Id say it was probably worth it in the end.The second experience revolved around a service that I couldnt find anywhere else other than this website. It wasnt terrible but it was a lot of work to get them from what I thought were potential problems into something that works decent. Unfortunately everything went wrong as soon as we started using it and the system crashed our computer due to lack of cabling even though weve had every be sure our network is up and running like everyone in this website says they do. personally Id
