"I Have Had Two Problems With"

I have had two problems with mtrx.com in the past few months. 1 Ive been able to get my money back but not again 2 The first time it was a problem with their customer service and the second time it was with their link to their website. Im very disappointed in them and would not recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service is terrible. I called them last minute and they were able to get me a model of the network car that was perfect for me. Unfortunately this model is no longer available and I have to go through another number which is always a pain The product itself though is top notch - much better than what it used to be.
