My Connect Center is terrible The software is overpriced and it doesnt work very well. Ive used it for a year and a half now and its already taken over 10 hours to see one patient. The remote patient monitoring is also terrible - it always seems to be turned off or working wrong. Overall this is the worst software company Ive ever worked for.

This company is a total mess. I have never had such terrible customer service anything in my life. Every time I add or change a patient they are always able to tell just by looking at the photos that there is someone else in front of it that doesnt belong to them.complete filth. With this company as with most everything else on this site I would recommend Passage if you can because then youre not getting help from these people.

The only information I can find about them is that they are a business called myconnectcenter.com and they provide ConnectCenter SaaS Doctors appointment Telemdicine Remote Patient Monitoring Software Solutions to providers. They also offer solutions for providers to monitor patients as well as give remote patient monitoring to customers. However the company has no idea how to even start with customer service or what to do when the patient isnt who they seem.I would not recommend this company to others just because of their lack of skills in customer service and especially when it comes to ensuring the patients are who they seem. budgeting for services and putting in place such as remote patient monitoring its all very interesting but unfortunately part of the job focus was Beacon chasing down these fucking scammers The only good thing about this company is that they provide a plan that offers these services for a certain price point which is good because
