Executive OfficerDo not use this company They are terrible at customer service and do not have any idea about what theyre doing when it comes to storing things. Our unit was full of trash and the management did nothing to clean it up despite us being numerous times contact them. We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ive been dealing with this company for about 4 months now and Im very unhappy. They are a quality company but they always put their own interests above the customers. When I need to make a purchase they want me to visit their facilities in Johannesburg which is extremely difficult. The products they offer are top-notch but if I go more than 1000 miles away from their place its hard to find anything of good quality. In addition the sales people are always trying to lure you in with a good price on items but once you get there its often impossible to find what youre looking for because the products are all over the store. Very poor customer service and never able to provide high quality products.

I have had every intention of being happy with the service Ive received but now they have changed their tread and are making things much harder for me. The prices they are offering is just too good to be true. Id give them nothing but bad reviews and hope that something can change their tune soon.

Jeffrey NelI was very disappointed with my recent purchase of 2 storage facilities in Johannesburg. One was a little small and the other was huge The small facility in Johannesburg was frustrating because the phone number for the storage were right next to the entrance while the huge facility in Johannesburg which is also the office did not have any spot for the phone number. Additionally the storage room itself was quite large but it still didnt make it feel comfortable or safe. I would not recommend this business to others.
