Storage People and Backup Camera CoordinatorI was very disappointed with my recent experience with TLS. While the service was good there were too manyocoocues in the past 2 months. The staff is always busy and its hard to find someone to talk to when youre trying to order a new camera. And then I discovered that they have now stopped providing customer service. reallyWe were recently dealing with some issues with our storage company and it seems like TLS took care of them. They had people working on different systems and it was difficult to find anything I might be able to help with. In addition customer service was bad they didnt seem interested in helping or getting back to us. Overall we were pretty embarrassed by what we had to work with - but unfortunately CLIPS Closed CircuitIP are a part of the picture.We dont know what to do

storage areas in Johannesburg I am terrible at customer service and this company makes it difficult for me to do my job. No one is ever interested in helping me or my customers. I have had to call out other employees to help with tasks such as here but they all just seem to disappear when I try to ask them something. Definitely not a company that I would recommend.
