Do not trust this company. They are in the business of servers racks and mounts but they do not know what theyre doing when it comes to saddles. I bought a saddle from them thinking it would fit my server and it did not. I had to return it and now Im having trouble getting my money back because the company does not seem to own up to their mistake.

NavePoint, Review Specifics:

NavePoint is an unprofessional company that does not deliver what they promise. I ordered a cabinet mount for my server and it arrived with two small pieces of metal that needed to be cut down to fit the mounting holes on the cabinet making it very difficult to assemble. Additionally there was no mention of this in the product description or website. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend NavePoint to anyone.

NavePoint is a company that is known for putting its users first. They are the only ones who have the ability to change and improve their company. But because of the way they operate it often goes without saying that everyone must follow the companys guidelines and regulations. These Regulations require that you put in place an18 environment which means that you must use agerestry technology. This isnt really what Nave Points mission is but you cant really say much better about them either.

NavePoint is a terrible company. I never received my order and the customer service was horrible. I had to call them multiple times and it was always keep happening in different languages. Finally I got a hold of someone who said she would get back to me. She didnt. Even after waiting for months I still havent received my order. Be careful with this company.
